Rick Lake, CAIA®, CETF®, is a visionary speaker, award-winning writer, and innovative investment executive with a passion for alternative investing, digital marketing, AI, and professional storytelling.

Early in his career, Rick co-founded Lake Partners, an alternative investment consulting firm, growing it from a startup to over $5 billion in consulting and advisory assets. He also launched and managed one of the first multi-alternative mutual funds and was ahead of his time in trademarking the phrase "democratization of hedge funds" nearly 25 years ago.
